Happy 4th Anniversary!

We've actually already celebrated our 4th anniversary, but it's a "Happy Anniversary" none-the-less! Last weekend, Josh and I went down to Boone and Westside, Iowa to be with my sister and her husband for a joint anniversary celebration (we both got married in August). Kristen and Aaron have always wanted to go on the dinner train in Boone, and I thought it was a great idea for us to all go together. It was humid but still a perfect evening to take in views of the green valley along the tracks.

Harper stayed the night (our first night away from our baby!) with my parents and Ryan and went along with them and one of his great-grandmas to the pancake breakfast at the airplane hanger. We missed him, but it was just one night. Besides, it sounds like he had tons of fun and got lots of attention!

Josh and I can't believe it has already been 4 years since our wedding day, and over 7 years since we started dating. We've experienced and accomplished a lot in 4 years, but I think we'd both say Harper is the highlight of our lives.

And since the years seem to just fly by, we're already looking ahead to our 5 year anniversary next summer! I love you Joshua!
