Seeing lots of friends and family.
My friend Allison and her daughter Olivia came to visit and meet Wren.
Playing outside.
Reading LOTS of books...something I can do while nursing/holding Wren.
My mom and I took Harper to ride a couple rides at the MOA. He had a blast.
Spending time with our friends, the Hollerans.

Even after reading your post about doubt I have to say you are making mothering of two look easy and fun. Looks like you guys are doing great. Wren is beautiful. I look forward to watching her grow through your pictures just like we watch Harper.
Alyssa, hang in there, you´re doing great! I spend the first weeks crying a lot (my husband went back to work the day I got back from the hospital), nursing a lot and reading books a LOT - it´s the best way to nurse the little one and be with the older kid at the same time. Fanda loved it, he would cuddle close to me and read. And things will get easier with every week. Not to mention that they do grow up way too fast... cherish the good moments, watch them interact with each other and don´t be hard on yourself. I was hard on myself for a long time and strove for perfection, but it´s impossible and not worth it - I chose to be a happy mom with sometimes a messy home and often simple pasta meals three days in a row over a cranky super-mom with a clean house but not enought time for the kids. I learned to be positive about all the small accomplishments we managed through the day, both the kids and I. It´s hard, no matter what people will say. But it´s worth every minute of it. I think that there is nothing more precious that we can give our kids than ourselves.
Amanda- thanks! Perhaps I should have the camera around during a few tantrums. ;)
Jana- thanks for your encouraging words. I too am learning to let go of some to spend time at others. It's quite the adjustment.
I love that "Harper Boy" is surrounded by his ladies. :) Pretty cute and crazy kids!
