July 2 - We're here!
Josh's Uncle Brian and cousin Jennifer picked us up from DIA Saturday morning to take us to Josh's Aunt and Uncle's home in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The flight there was pretty uneventful, other than Harper not taking a nap until the last 20 minutes of the flight as we started to descend. At least we were next to each other to keep Harper happy and somewhat quiet.

That evening, Josh's grandma Amma made her infamous ribs for dinner. It was nice to have a relaxing first day around the house getting to know each other. Morgan quickly took a liking to Harper with her mother hen personality, Harper quickly found the cats and always tried to catch their tails, and Matthew quickly showed us his fun energy. From day one, we knew we would have a great vacation. Stay tuned as day two brought plenty of adventure!
