Meet the designers

Minneapolis hosted Quilt Market this past weekend so a bunch of fabric and pattern designers were in town. Rachel met up with me and Harper at Crafty Planet last Tuesday to meet Amy Butler at her trunk show. Amy designs some great fabrics, and both Rachel and I have created many of her projects. Saturday evening I took a sleepy Harper with me to Treadle Yard Goods in St. Paul where Anna Maria Horner was selling and signing her new book, Handmade Beginnings. It's a great book full of patterns for maternity, baby, and family. I hope I can find time to make a few projects before Harper is too old! It was fun to meet these fabric "rockstars!"
