It rained today! I believe this is our second good rain in a week. Along with the warmer temperatures and bright sunshine on every other day, the grass is turning green and the plants are sprouting quickly. I’ve been able to get outside and do a little pruning, but I’m afraid my gardening this season is going to be limited!
On another note, I had my 39 week appointment yesterday and ultrasound/BPP (biophysical profile)/non-stress test today. Everything looks great! I measured back up to 36 weeks (I measured 33 weeks last week and the week before) and Baby J is measuring in the 21st percentile (up from 18). Fluid levels around the baby look good, and our baby got a 10 out of 10 on its BPP! Now all we hope for is a safe delivery and that Baby J decides to come out on his/her own. My ob said she’ll let me go to 41 weeks if I haven’t delivered by my due date as long as things still look good. I guess we’ll think about that when we have to. Pray for us as we approach the big day!
