Corynn and I joined in on the MN State fair festivities last Tuesday night. We went mainly for the purpose of going to the Brandi Carlile concert at the Leine Lodge but did participate in eating some fair food including crepes, french fries, an elephant ear, and... since you can't go to the state fair and not have something on a stick... a Belgian waffle on a stick. Yum. The Brandi Carlile concert was SO much fun. If you ever have the chance to see her, you'll sure have a great time. I think my favorite song by her is "Have You Ever." It takes me back to memories of all the adventures I've had outdoors.
